RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 30 DAYS of when you received your package. To return, item(s) must be returned with the original tags, must be unused and in unwashed condition.

All returns must come with a proof of purchase, so e-mail a copy of your receipt to kate(at)chasingwonderment(dot)com  and write “ATTN: RETURN” in the e-mail heading. Upon receipt of your e-mail, I will send you a return address & any further instructions.

Refunds can either be given to your original form of payment, or in the form of a store credit.

You are responsible for the shipping costs on returns. I recommend using USPS shipping, and getting a tracking number for your security. Allow 7 business days after receiving your package to process your refund. You will get an e-mail notifying you that the return has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are currently only accepted for the same item in a new size. To exchange, item(s) must be returned with the original tags, must be unused and in unwashed condition.

If I don’t have the size you want in stock, you will be offered a full refund of the item, or a store credit if requested.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

All items are packaged in cellophane sleeves to protect them from the elements. Paper goods (prints, cards) ship in sturdy cardboard envelopes to prevent damage. Shirts are shipped in soft mailer envelopes.

 

WHAT MAIL SERVICE DO YOU USE?

I use USPS to mail all orders. If your order is lost, destroyed or misrouted due to a USPS error I encourage you to contact your local post office, and file a claim. I will do my best to help you locate or recover your order.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow for 3-5 business days to process your order. I am a Mama with 2 little ones running around, so I sometimes run out of hours in my day!
